You are invited to submit an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for our single family resident, finished lots located in South Jordan, Utah. At this time the Jordan Heights Development lots are available, in the near future Spanish Vista Development and Elk Ridge Meadows Development will also be available. Bank of America will entertain a bulk transaction.
Bank of America has issued this invitation as a fair and open process for identifying the market interest in the listed developments, and selecting the one ITN or proposal that will meet Bank of America's requirements.
If you intend to respond to this invitation, please complete the Invitation to Negotiate , which is not binding, but it will greatly assist me in planning for proposal evaluation. The ITN should be submitted to me by fax or e-mail, and must be received no later than the date specified on each development or projects information page of this website.
The ITN is to be completed on the Bank of America ITN format. The ITN format can be obtained by downloading it from this website, or you may contact us directly to assist you with the ITN at 801-602-7423.
Cash offers will be considered.
Persons submitting offers should obtain all information considered necessary by them to satisfy themselves as to the condition of the lots. Bank of America is providing no assurance as to the environmental or geotechnical status of the land, the suitability of the land for any use, or the presence of encroachments. The lots are sold "as is".
Interested persons are invited to view, inspect, and complete due diligence prior to submitting an ITN.
This is merely an invitation to negotiate and is not a contract, offer, or option. This letter does not provide Buyer with rights in the Property or against Seller or its affiliates. The Seller expressly reserves its rights to negotiate with other parties until a binding Purchase and Sale Agreement is executed by Buyer and Seller and is approved by the senior management. Except for Buyer's indemnity obligation under paragraph 9 and the duty of confidentiality under paragraph 12, neither party shall be bound to the other party until a Purchase and Sale Agreement is executed by both parties and approved by the senior management.
